OSP Film Development Deal....calling all story tellers!!!
OSP Members. Although we cannot elaborate further at this time, we are in the process of working on an OSP film development deal.
Since our book release we have had numerous people offer to share their stories with us. We now have an exciting reason for others to participate and send in their most hilarious dating stories. Your story may make the script or the series. No need for it to be clean or classy, however, we are looking for authentic, so keep it real!!!…The stories will remain anonymous….

Eat, Pray, Love....movie review!
If you must watch this movie...go with a friend who brings lunch, fresh seasoned pasta and chicken in Tupperware with cutlery conveniently wrapped in a napkin...oh and bottled water in her backpack (recession movie time). Cat and I wouldn't have actually spent the money to watch this movie except that we are being interviewed for a Florida morning show on Monday and they want us to discuss current "Chick Flicks" in addition to our book. So back to the movie...we personally didn't have much sympathy for the main character when her version of a "tragedy" and leaving her life to travel the world...involved estranging a 28 year old hottie actor. Really??? If you call that a tragic reason to leave all of your friends who love you - to find strangers to love - because you ultimately don't love yourself...then you should leave the country. I know most "normal" people have enough to love right where they are - and love themselves enough (right where they are) never to have to "search" for what is right in front of them - somewhere else. O.K., if they had knocked out 40 minutes of the movie it would have been much more tolerable to catch the real reason she needed to travel...very hot ending!!! Not a bad way to spend the afternoon with your best friend and co-author!!!

Bush Over my Bed...
So Cat and I are off and promoting our book. We got into Borders Book Stores within 30 days of our book release and tonight we had Saks Fifth Avenue host a beautiful party for us. The great thing about promoting the book is that we are meeting amazing people with amazing stories. So we meet this blond bombshell (maybe she isn't a natural blond...according to her) but she is fabulous none the less! She has so many stories and all of them warrant mention but I only have time to share one. She tells us how she is renting an apartment from a very eclectic owner (fully furnished) who happens to have strange taste in art. It turns out that our blond bombshell didn't read the fine print on her lease because her tenancy involves waking up every morning to strange piece of fully furnished art. Over her bed is a very creative, shaded, black and white painting of a flat chested woman with a huge bush. Hence the story - Bush Over my Bed...check the fine print in your lease people...

These last few weeks have been exciting!!! While “Our Stimulus Package” is in print, Kirsten and I have been working on the parties, conferences and book signings. We have over 390 attending The Tampa Museum of Art Book Launch party on June 23rd. The former mayor of Tampa, Dick Greco is introducing us and our sponsors (Devine Designs Salon & Spa, Travel by Appointment and Atwell Group) are giving away amazing gifts!!! One of our all time favorite restaurants 717 on South Howard Avenue has agreed to host an after party with appetizers and a Stimulus Martini for all who want to continue celebrating our book. Although it is a Wednesday, we do hope that most of you will dare to stay out a bit later…have a babysitter ready!!! On Saturday June 26th, The Soho Leisure Group is hosting a “Goddess Event” for us from 9pm to 12pm at the Kennedy (hot, hot, hot!!!). The following week, on June 30th, we venture across the bay and hit downtown St. Pete to Paddy Burkes for a sizzling, Wednesday night, happy hour from 6pm to 9pm. We can’t wait to share our book with you !!! We are supported by an amazing corporate community. Thank you all.

This is a lot of work...and a lot of FUN!!!
Cat and I have tomorrow to get the edited version of the book into one document/manuscript format. Then we have to tackle the operational side of things early next week so our web site can be live and we can start taking pre-orders of the book. Our first book launch party...is planned for June 23rd at the new Tampa Museum of Art in Tampa. We understand the caterer is making a "Stimulus Martini" for the evening. This is quite the journey.

In Celebration of 1000 Member mark...another teaser from Thelma and Louise
Thelma turns to her friend Louise; they discuss that evening happenings; and Louise mentions a drive by “blowjob” that involves her Mexican Miamian, who she didn’t let in the room, screaming outside the door “Aye Carrammmmmmmbbbbbaaaa.” Louise confesses that she was also tired as she didn’t get much sleep hearing all the hot sex occurring next to her. We are getting closer...
I tried to take a little time off with the kids. It is so hard to "take" time off in the middle of raising three of my own kids, two of his, running four businesses, writing this book and keeping the bills paid. Cat and I are getting closer and closer to the finish line. Yesterday, we received an e-mail from a reporter who found us due to our social media marketing efforts. He wants to interview us about how we have "reinvented" ourselves. This is getting more exciting by the day!!!

More Editing!!!
Cat and I have been hard at work. Editing the book chapter by chapter!! It is great to have publishers on the West Coast so our administrative timing is perfect. We just got done working for a few hours on the book and the rest of the day is dedicated to our other business and family!!! I don't ever want to work for anyone again!!!

OSP for Cancer Survivors
Just finished transcribing the first fifteen minutes of interview for our next project "Our Stimulus Package for Cancer Survivors" loving my new Mac in bed!

I haven't written in a while...busy with my 17 year olds football college recruiting. Wow...now that was a "ride". It was amazing...I am a proud mom!!! Nothing you accomplish professionally can rival doing a decent job with your kids!!! It is the hardest job we have!!!

It has been a while....
Cat and I have been so busy editing our book...we haven't posted anything. We have a great publisher lined up and we are now putting together our marketing plan. This is exciting and nerve racking as well. PS....just got my w-2 statement for 09.....wow I haven't made that little since I was in my 20's!!! This book is going to be a best seller!!!!

Due to the length of time required for professional editing and publishing, we anticipate an end of April, early May release. Since we still have a few months to go, and have received such incredible support from our members, we are going to extend and acknowledge the first 2000 members in our book. So our investor finally checks out our blog and says..."Yeah...It looks like Julie and Julia except it is about sex instead of cooking. Much more popular subject. Should draw a crowd." Where the heck is our crowd???? We worked our Face Book group page much harder than this...gotta giddy up!!!! Up editing...I have serious ADD, this is a very difficult thing for me to do!!!!

Brain storming
If one saw smoke coming from my house yesterday into the cold air, it was not from a chimney! No fireplace!!!! From 11.00am onwards, my mind has been running a mile a minute, fast in comparison to my actual running time. I have bounced these ideas back and forth with my co-author and I can barely wait to get started on three new books....our concept is awesome and the stories will relate to millions of readers from all walks of life!! I am so passionate about these ideas and future projects... as much as I could be putting a land acquisition property assemblage together and if one knows me personally in the industry, I can get it done! With an awesome business partner, it will just make it more fun, interesting and no doubt a success and many laughs!!!

Saturday night...no kids...still home!!!
It must be good!!! It is...but it is also sooooo cold...33 degrees in Tampa...REALLY???? To warm you up a bit...here is a little part of one of our stories for the book...

Feeding, Writing & Working
Just fed my 10 year old boy....then my son's friends...steaks, potatoes, salad and garlic bread!! They are watching the National Championship!!! In between, I had a call with our investor (45 minutes...predicted Texas...ha!ha!ha!) and now blogging....eventually sleep!!!! Now chatting with Cat about men!!!
Half way through the day...
Just spoke to Cat as she sits in the "MILF" line to pick up her son and is also editing the hard copy of the book while she is waiting in line (multi-tasking queen). I have been dissecting contracts and price points with publishers all morning and also interviewed one of our story tellers to clarify parts of a story. We haven't stopped since yesterday morning and should be up late again!!! PS....Kirsten is Cat...stay tuned to find out why Kirsten's nickname is Cat Woman and mine is Wonder Woman......!!!

If you have to pick someone to work with....pick someone you can actually accomplish something with while you are laughing your asses off at the same time!!! Road Rage
Cold in Tampa today, frost on the grass but cozy inside. I can see the finish line, working continuously on "Our Stimulus Package". Here is a sneak peak of a small paragraph from one of our story contributors.
"Might I mention that#8 had a small car, so sucking on him while driving became a restricted activity. Within minutes, she felt the motion of the car veer to the right hand side of the road and the car came to an abrupt stop. At this point, she raised her head and said; "Why are we stopping?" He said, "Get out of the car!" She wasn't sure if she had done something wrong from the tone of his voice. What she had discovered, was that he was taking charge and he needed to fuck her right then and there. She described her interpretation of his request as incredibly sexy and forceful, so she obeyed his command without resistance."

If you wanted me to find you a dock-high, 30 foot clear height, 30,000 square foot warehouse building in Florida near an airport I could help. If you asked me how to write a book....I would say I am learning quickly...I'll get back to you!!! Never in my wildest imagination did I think this project would be so intense!!! But it is go time and my funds are sliding away to unmanageable right now so we must finish and see how it goes. Kirsten and I got together today for more editing and writing. Our investor wants a hard "draft" copy to see our progress by Friday.....aaaahhhhhhh!!!!! Stay tuned......thought I'd get started on our blog while we were working on the other stuff too!!!
