This is a lot of work...and a lot of FUN!!!

Cat and I have tomorrow to get the edited version of the book into one document/manuscript format.  Then we have to tackle the operational side of things early next week so our web site can be live and we can start taking pre-orders of the book.  Our first book launch party...is planned for June 23rd at the new Tampa Museum of Art in Tampa.  We understand the caterer is making a "Stimulus Martini" for the evening.  This is quite the journey.

In Celebration of 1000 Member mark...another teaser from Thelma and Louise

Thelma turns to her friend Louise; they discuss that evening happenings; and Louise mentions a drive by “blowjob” that involves her Mexican Miamian, who she didn’t let in the room, screaming outside the door “Aye Carrammmmmmmbbbbbaaaa.” Louise confesses that she was also tired as she didn’t get much sleep hearing all the hot sex occurring next to her. The women decide to get into their bathing suits. They are both exhausted, still somewhat intoxicated, so confused from all of the laughter of the stories of the previous evenings. After catching her breath from all of the laughing, Thelma says to Louise, “Please, first things first, let’s go to Starbucks for some “cocky.” It truly slipped out of her mouth just like that, and they once again fell to the floor laughing uncontrollably.

We are getting closer...

I tried to take a little time off with the kids.  It is so hard to "take" time off in the middle of raising three of my own kids, two of his, running four businesses, writing this book and keeping the bills paid.  Cat and I are getting closer and closer to the finish line.  Yesterday, we received an e-mail from a reporter who found us due to our social media marketing efforts.  He wants to interview us about how we have "reinvented" ourselves.  This is getting more exciting by the day!!!

More Editing!!!

Cat and I have been hard at work.  Editing the book chapter by chapter!!  It is great to have publishers on the West Coast so our administrative timing is perfect.   We just got done working for a few hours on the book and the rest of the day is dedicated to our other business and family!!!  I don't ever want to work for anyone again!!! 

You need a reliable wing girl who knows the drill. My poor best friend or wing girl had no interest in the unattractive guy who we referred to as "hair-piece man". It was critical, however, that she conduct a conversation with the hair-piece man just to set up the cock block. For readers who don't understand the term "cock block" this is an important thing to explain. You see the cock block can be administered in a gender-neutral manner and must be taken into serious consideration in certain scenarios.

With the editing process moving along as smoothly as it has been, we anticipate a Spring release. End of May sounds wonderful. I am working on our new book projects too. Stay tuned for more updates soon. Off to lunch with Wonder Woman then more editing, "Viva la French Fry"! A Continuing Education exam for my Real Estate license renewal.

I haven't written in a while...busy with my 17 year olds football college recruiting.  Wow...now that was a "ride".  It was amazing...I am a proud mom!!!  Nothing you accomplish professionally can rival doing a decent job with your kids!!!  It is the hardest job we have!!!

It has been a while....

Cat and I have been so busy editing our book...we haven't posted anything.  We have a great publisher lined up and we are now putting together our marketing plan.  This is exciting and nerve racking as well.  PS....just got my w-2 statement for 09.....wow I haven't made that little since I was in my 20's!!!  This book is going to be a best seller!!!!

So much to do.....so little money!!!

I understand and I wish to enter.....Really????  That is what you are asked when you enter our blog....We need to get more followers!!!!  Especially men....they would love that disclaimer!!!!  Cat edited and added more content to the book today...other business for me...while I coordinated the business plan with our investor and potential publishers. 

OSP Members Update

Julia and I wish you a healthy, safe and prosperous 2010.
We have a better understanding as to the release date of "Our Stimulus Package." Due to the length of time required for professional editing and publishing, we anticipate an end of April, early May release. Since we still have a few months to go, and have received such incredible support from our members, we are going to extend and acknowledge the first 2000 members in our book. We appreciate you joining our group in support of our project. Invite your friends, so they too can be acknowledged and share in the entertainment and stories.

Some final formatting re-arrangements to be completed by weekend and plan to submit next week. Then onto our next book project!!! Stay tuned....

I will be out of commission till 2pm....editing the book with major ADD is soooo friggin hard....need some Red Bull!!!!  Our investor is meeting with us tonight.....I do my best work under pressure!!!
