Julia is on her way back from AL after spending the weekend visiting CJ's (her son) new University. She asks via text: Why is it that when my man gets up from a chair..he has to grab himself like its an Olympic event? I could only possibly respond by saying that he was thinking and holding onto his brain. Men, you got to love them!

It has been a while....

Cat and I have been so busy editing our book...we haven't posted anything.  We have a great publisher lined up and we are now putting together our marketing plan.  This is exciting and nerve racking as well.  PS....just got my w-2 statement for 09.....wow I haven't made that little since I was in my 20's!!!  This book is going to be a best seller!!!!

So much to do.....so little money!!!

I understand and I wish to enter.....Really????  That is what you are asked when you enter our blog....We need to get more followers!!!!  Especially men....they would love that disclaimer!!!!  Cat edited and added more content to the book today...other business for me...while I coordinated the business plan with our investor and potential publishers. 

OSP Members Update

Julia and I wish you a healthy, safe and prosperous 2010.
We have a better understanding as to the release date of "Our Stimulus Package." Due to the length of time required for professional editing and publishing, we anticipate an end of April, early May release. Since we still have a few months to go, and have received such incredible support from our members, we are going to extend and acknowledge the first 2000 members in our book. We appreciate you joining our group in support of our project. Invite your friends, so they too can be acknowledged and share in the entertainment and stories.

Review

Some final formatting re-arrangements to be completed by weekend and plan to submit next week. Then onto our next book project!!! Stay tuned....
I am taking the day off today for a fresh look tomorrow or Saturday!

Editing with ADD (self diagnosed)

I will be out of commission till 2pm....editing the book with major ADD is soooo friggin hard....need some Red Bull!!!!  Our investor is meeting with us tonight.....I do my best work under pressure!!! 

Like Julie and Julia except....

So our investor finally checks out our blog and says..."Yeah...It looks like Julie and Julia except it is about sex instead of cooking.  Much more popular subject.  Should draw a crowd."  Where the heck is our crowd???? We worked our Face Book group page much harder than this...gotta giddy up!!!!  Up editing...I have serious ADD, this is a very difficult thing for me to do!!!!

Investor in Town this week

Cat and I have been working all weekend to edit the book. Hours of editing and content shifting. It is getting there!!! Pressure on and the publisher is waiting....

Brain storming

If one saw smoke coming from my house yesterday into the cold air, it was not from a chimney! No fireplace!!!! From 11.00am onwards, my mind has been running a mile a minute, fast in comparison to my actual running time. I have bounced these ideas back and forth with my co-author and I can barely wait to get started on three new books....our concept is awesome and the stories will relate to millions of readers from all walks of life!! I am so passionate about these ideas and future projects... as much as I could be putting a land acquisition property assemblage together and if one knows me personally in the industry, I can get it done! With an awesome business partner, it will just make it more fun, interesting and no doubt a success and many laughs!!!

Saturday night...no kids...still home!!!

It must be good!!!  It is...but it is also sooooo cold...33 degrees in Tampa...REALLY????  To warm you up a bit...here is a little part of one of our stories for the book...

The talent of eye fucking isn’t something that everyone is capable of!! So it is important that we explain this complex, yet very sexy, exercise. First, you must have the initial, physical attraction with the other party.  Then you have to have sexy, large, beautiful eyes to compliment the physical attraction. Without these qualities, not only is it impossible to administer an eye fuck but it is unlikely that you would be the recipient of an eye fuck as well.

Feeding, Writing & Working

Just fed my 10 year old boy....then my son's friends...steaks, potatoes, salad and garlic bread!! They are watching the National Championship!!! In between, I had a call with our investor (45 minutes...predicted Texas...ha!ha!ha!) and now blogging....eventually sleep!!!! Now chatting with Cat about men!!!

Half way through the day...

Just spoke to Cat as she sits in the "MILF" line to pick up her son and is also editing the hard copy of the book while she is waiting in line (multi-tasking queen).  I have been dissecting contracts and price points with publishers all morning and also interviewed one of our story tellers to clarify parts of a story.  We haven't stopped since yesterday morning and should be up late again!!!  PS....Kirsten is Cat...stay tuned to find out why Kirsten's nickname is Cat Woman and mine is Wonder Woman......!!!

My partner in crime is Kirsten a.k.a. (Cat Woman) and we are working our tails to the bone on this!!!  If you have to pick someone to work with....pick someone you can actually accomplish something with while you are laughing your asses off at the same time!!!  I am sitting here editing, writing and laughing at the memories of interviewing our story tellers and laughing so hard!!!!

Road Rage

Cold in Tampa today, frost on the grass but cozy inside. I can see the finish line, working continuously on "Our Stimulus Package". Here is a sneak peak of a small paragraph from one of our story contributors.

"Might I mention that#8 had a small car, so sucking on him while driving became a restricted activity. Within minutes, she felt the motion of the car veer to the right hand side of the road and the car came to an abrupt stop. At this point, she raised her head and said; "Why are we stopping?" He said, "Get out of the car!" She wasn't sure if she had done something wrong from the tone of his voice. What she had discovered, was that he was taking charge and he needed to fuck her right then and there. She described her interpretation of his request as incredibly sexy and forceful, so she obeyed his command without resistance."

Getting to the finish line....

If you wanted me to find you a dock-high, 30 foot clear height, 30,000 square foot warehouse building in Florida near an airport I could help.  If you asked me how to write a book....I would say I am learning quickly...I'll get back to you!!!  Never in my wildest imagination did I think this project would be so intense!!!  But it is go time and my funds are sliding away to unmanageable right now so we must finish and see how it goes.  Kirsten and I got together today for more editing and writing.  Our investor wants a hard "draft" copy to see our progress by Friday.....aaaahhhhhhh!!!!!   Stay tuned......thought I'd get started on our blog while we were working on the other stuff too!!!
